Kathmandu, the Divine Valley Tour
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, meet our representatives at the airport then transfer to the Hotel. Late afternoon: walking tour of the local market if time permits.
Day 02: Morning tour of Pashupatinath Temple. This temple is the most sacred temple for the Hindus in the world where devotees lined up for hours to worship their National deity Lord Shiva. In this temple premises there are almost 500 small Hindus shrines where you can meet the Hindu sages called ‘SADHU’ and also watch the Hindu cremation in a river bank live. Afternoon tour of Boudhanath Stupa, the largest Buddhist Stupa in the country. You can Visit the Buddhist monasteries and have a chance to interact with monks to learn more about Buddhism and Monks life.
Day 03: Morning optional Everest Experience Mountain flight. After breakfast visit the towering another Holy site for Buddhists called Swoyambhunath Stupa or often known as Monkey Temple. This is a nice place to have a view of Kathmandu City and surrounding hills. Afternoon: tour of Patan, an oldest city of the valley, has Spectacular Durbar Square, Musuem and World heritage sites monuments. Backstreet walking tour of this city takes you to the deeper of Newar Ethnic people’s culture and lifestyle.
Day 04: Bhaktapur Durbar Square has been one of the most favorite of our travelers because of its Beautiful Wooden architecture in Royal palaces, temples and private buildings and traditional Newari people. This place keeps you for hours offering you deeper knowledge of Nepalese architecture, restoration skills of world heritage monuments and centuries old traditions. This ancient Kingdom of Kathmandu valley is also known as city of Devotees. Afternoon: drive to Dhulikhel for the sunset view and countryside landscape view for the fresh air in hill station. From here you can see the spectacular view of the Himalayas.
Day 05: Transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
